Surviving Stress
This practical and dynamic workshop focuses on understanding
the key concepts of stress management and developing a solid
foundation for putting this information to use. Participants
are encouraged to evaluate the appropriateness of their existing
coping techniques and to add new stress management strategies
to their bag of 'tools.'
Stress Busters The
way we live and work can cause exhaustion and contribute to
job stress. Stress Busters are simple yet effective techniques
that help to combat the sources and symptoms of stress. In
this very active workshop, participants will learn and practice
various types of 'busters' that can be performed easily at
work throughout the day.
Stress and Family Balance
Lack of balance - for most of us it is due to a loss of control
over our lives. We fall prey to the 'superhuman' syndrome.
Realizing that balance is possible is the first step toward
regaining control. This workshop is designed to assist participants
to identify the key contributors to their work/life stress
level and learn coping strategies to achieve a sense of balance,
satisfaction and success in their roles in family life and
in their work lives.
