YOU can make mental health matter. There are many ways you can help CMHA Toronto promote the mental health of everyone in Toronto and support the resiliency and recovery of those experiencing mental illness.

Here are ways that you can support the work of CMHA Toronto:

Become a Member of CMHA Toronto

Help CMHA Toronto work towards the vision of mentally healthy people in a healthy society. Your voice gives us strength when we advocate for improvements to the mental health system. Your membership tells governments and fundraising foundations that the community supports our work.  To learn more about the importance of membership, and how to become a member of CMHA Toronto, click here.

Volunteer for CMHA Toronto

At CMHA Toronto we value and recognize the contributions of our volunteers. Many people who work here started as volunteers. We engage volunteers in our RAP (Rehabilitation Action Program) Program as Case Aides.  Case Aides assist clients with activities such as shopping, cooking, laundry, cleaning, finding housing, social recreation, use of computers, etc.  To learn more about becoming a Case Aide, click here.

Other volunteer opportunities at CMHA Toronto are posted on Charity Village as they become available.
